About Us... Lillian Sanabria-Hernandez received her Master's
Degree in Education from St.John's University and her
Bachelor's De gree in Communication from Fordham University.
She is certified as a Bilingual Teacher of Special Education and has
worked in the field for 20+ years. Lillian is the founder and CEO of Early
Success, Inc., an agency dedicated to pro-viding therapeutic services to children
who are at-risk or have special needs. She is fluent in both English and Spanish, which has afforded her the opportunity to work closely with the Hispanic community since 1988. Lillian also wrote for HOY Newspaper (a publication of Tribune Publishing - in circulation in New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles) as a weekly advice columnist. In addition, Lillian is an adjunct instructor at Hofstra University where she teaches Special Education courses and supervises student-teachers.

Why My Early Success was developed...

As a mother of a child with special needs, Lillian has grown to understand the needs that parents/guardians face when selecting the best care for their child and the intricacies of dealing with a variety of service providers, agencies and school districts.

As a Special Education Service Provider who contracted with agencies for many years, Lillian has felt the frustrations of maintaining a flow of cases, managing time and mastering the art of "positive" cash flow.

As an Executive Director of an Early Intervention Agency, Lillian understands the difficulties of finding quality Service Providers who can meet the needs of the children in her care.
